Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment is received. You'll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.
Shipping Times (after dispatch)
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada & Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 14–30 business days
These are estimates only. Actual delivery times vary based on the carrier, customs clearance (for international orders), and your local postal service. Major holidays and peak shopping seasons may extend transit times.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and the items in your order. We occasionally run free-shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to get notified.
International Customs and Duties
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in your order total. GoobinGoo has no control over these fees and cannot predict them in advance.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Contact your local post office or carrier
- Wait 48 hours — sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely
If 48 hours have passed, email support@goobingoo.com and we'll work with the carrier to locate the package or arrange a replacement.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, you'll be responsible for re-shipping costs.
