📦 REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At GoobinGoo we want you to love every product you order. If something isn't right, here's exactly how we'll make it right.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

How to Request a Return

Email support@goobingoo.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return (defective, wrong item, no longer wanted, etc.)
  • Photos, if the item arrived damaged or defective

A member of our team will respond within 1 business day with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label where applicable.

Important: please do not ship items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without authorization to addresses other than the one we provide may not be processed and may not be eligible for a refund.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

  • Defective, damaged, or wrong item: GoobinGoo pays — we'll email you a prepaid return label.
  • Changed your mind / no longer wanted: You pay return shipping. Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected at the fulfillment center, we'll send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the funds may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Once an order has shipped, the standard return process applies.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Personal care items (cosmetics, intimate health products) once opened
  • Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout
  • Gift cards
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
